Scene – Jack and Rose clamber onto the back rail of Titanic.
Jack (shouting) : Whatever you do, don’t let go of my hand
Rose : I will Jack
And Jack,
I love you Jack
Jack : I love you Rose
15 minutes pass. Still standing on railing.
Jack (shouting) : Whatever you do, don’t let go of my hand
Rose (grumpily) : Yeah, ok, I get it.
Scene - Ship is listing a tiny bit. All the lifeboats are now long gone and everyone’s kind of hanging around. The band is on repetition 25 of “Abide with me”. The crowd slow clap until they switch to “Roll out the barrel”.
15 more minutes pass. Still standing on railing
